How Do I Get My Site Out There?

Is anyone out there trying to make some money on the internet? Do you have a great website, great content, but NO sales?

Well, let me see if I can help with that. In this article, I will inform you of some information out there that combined will help you perfect your website and get your name out there as it should be. Now, this is not immediate, it takes time for people to actually need, and view your site, and it takes a little time to get listed in the search engines, but for me, this has helped, and I can not be happier.

Some of these are free services and others are for a fee, but are definitely all valuable if you choose to do the leg work yourself.

1. Scrub The Web has a service that will break down the problems in your site, almost line by line. It has keyword density software, metatag analyzer, web page analyzers, validators, and much more. The site address is listed below.

2. FFA Blasters. These are free almost every time. Go to your favorite search engine and type in "FFA Blaster". What this does for you is sends your site out to tons of lists for viewing. Now, of course, The views depend on the amount of advertising that the list owner does, but as we know, people do not spend money on these lists and advertisement on the lists to not be seen.

3. Forums and Classified Ads. I have found that with all of the different forums and Ads, that people really do read these things. Not so much going on the sites looking for the information, but when you post your add, especially with a blaster, you will have the opportunity to have these ads or comments posted to the Search Engines. The most important thing to do when posting to these areas is to be sure to include keywords that you want people to be looking for. i.e. "Planting grass is my favorite hobby, and planting roses are also." Your keywords that you hope people would visit would be planting grass or planting roses. Try it, you will be surprised.

4. Articles. I am sure that you already know about this, but let me tell you anyway. Writing your opinion of a subject in article form is extremely powerful. Not only can people view these by searching keywords, but also, you get to offer your product. I was surprised when I saw my articles on the internet, and with other sites making reference to them.

5. Search Engines. As seen earlier in the articles, search engines are the key ingredient to setting your product out. You will want to go to the main ones and submit your site individually (meaning not with a blaster). Google, Yahoo, and MSN. The others, you should be pretty safe using a blaster to submit to them.
